Our friend M was hosting a birthday party at this amazing loft, and kindly allowed us to snap a few quick photos. Thank you M!

Other than its simple and classic shape, what really made me pick up this white shift dress was its subtle pattern and sheen - casual enough to be worn on a normal day, but can also be worn to a celebratory gathering (OK so maybe I did have holiday brunches on my mind) once paired with some bling and accessories.

A black and white color combination was by far the easiest to put together, and with the chilly weather, I naturally went with black turtleneck and thick tights to preserve as much heat as possible. I can't wait for the weather to warm up to wear the dress as it is or with other colors and style combinations.

Only one more week until Christmas, time flies and I need to start wrapping some presents!!

Oh, and a reminder to enter in the $25 gift card giveaway to PinkBlush Maternity's online store here.
